Torch coral requires good water parameters, moderate light and higher flow. They do well near the bottom of the tank. Keeping them healthy and happy with spot feeding.
Duncan's are great addition, if you want more colours on the lower level of the tank.
It grows at a moderate rate (can grow 2-3 heads a month) while keeping your nitrates and phosphates lower. Acan Echinata coral requires moderate water flow and low to moderate lighting to maintain its colour.
Once settled, bubble corals are easy to care for. They're not as common to come across as some of the other fleshy LPS species, like Euphyllia, but they can be just as eye-catching in a reef tank setup.
Did you know... 💭
Mandarin (dragonet) gobies are absolutely reef safe. They are peaceful and will not harm other fish, corals, or invertebrates other than the copepods they eat. 🤤🤪🤣
